- Defined responsibilities and accountabilities
- Regular team meetings for assessment and quality assurance
- Staff induction and development policies in place
- Documented policies for appeals, complaints, safeguarding, and equality
- Meet proposed Guided Learning Hours (GLH)
- Robust registration and certification process
- Accurate learner records maintained securely
- Clear and accurate marketing of qualifications
- Compliance with Data Protection Legislation
Systems and Resources
- Adequately staffed for delivery and assessment
- Occupationally competent assessors and quality assurers
- Access to continuing professional development (CPD)
- Equipment and premises comply with legislation
Delivery, Assessment & Learner Support
- Secure assessment management procedures
